The theme of Social Responsibility in Companies is at the centre of attention in Italy and Europe. Despite the significant number of experiences in large, but also in small and medium-sized companies, it is rare to find cases in which the whole structure of the company is involved. The Masters aims to train company figures able to manage extended company governance. The objective is to integrate the basic university training and any on-going work experience with particular reference to the relations between Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility in Companies. After an introduction to the pre-requisites for social responsibility in companies and the idea of extended governance, the lessons will continue starting from the three possible filters for analysis: the different stakeholders, the type and size of the company, the company functions, and to conclude, a module on the control of responsible companies.
