The course aims at furthering the more important questions of theoretical and practical interest needed to carry out the managerial work in public administration and the actual organisation work. This is in order to respond to the increasingly specific needs in dynamic administration. In the health sector,this is especially true of social assistance, the environment, productive activities, public works and public health. The approach taken is one that considers the problems of regional state administration and service together. The specific aim is to supply, on the basis of an interdisciplinary approach (considering legal profiles, organisation and public policy management from the same viewpoint), the knowledge required for the public administration to be able to respond to the needs of the citizens and companies adequately, that are to be considered, not only "taken care of" in the traditional sense, but also as "clients" of the administrative activities and public services.
