The theme of Social Responsibility in companies is one which is currently at the focus of everyone's attention in Italy and the rest of Europe. Despite the high number of experiences in large companies, but also in medium-sized and small ones, the cases where the whole company structure is involved are rare indeed. This Master aims to train company professionals who are able to deal with and manage the extended governance dimension in companies. The objective is to integrate basic university background with possible current work experience , in particular, with reference to the correlation between Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility in Companies. After an introduction dedicated to the presuppositions behind social responsibility in companies and the idea of extended governance, lessons will move on to work from three possible filters for analysis: the different stakeholders, the typology and size of the firm, the company roles, and as a conclusion there will be a module on running a responsible company. https://amarena.sci.univr.it/edu/pub/bscw.cgi/1247062
