Tirocini Formativi Attivi
|
a) aver acquisito solide conoscenze delle discipline oggetto di insegnamento e possedere la capacità di proporle nel modo più adeguato al livello scolastico degli studenti con cui entreranno in contatto;
b) essere in grado di gestire la progressione degli apprendimenti adeguando i tempi e le modalità alla classe, scegliendo di volta in volta gli strumenti più adeguati al percorso previsto (lezione frontale, discussione, simulazione, cooperazione, laboratorio, lavoro di gruppo, nuove tecnologie);
c) avere acquisito capacità pedagogiche, didattiche, relazionali e gestionali;
a) insegnamenti di scienze dell'educazione, con particolare riguardo alle metodologie didattiche e ai bisogni speciali;
b) insegnamenti di didattiche disciplinari che possono essere svolti anche in contesti di laboratorio in modo da saldare i contenuti disciplinari con le modalità di insegnamento in classe;
c) un tirocinio, una parte del quale, pari a 75 ore, dedicata al settore della disabilità, che prevede sia una fase indiretta di preparazione, riflessione e discussione delle attività e una diretta di osservazione e di insegnamento attivo, presso istituti scolastici sotto la guida di un tutor;

1st level Master's Degree in Corporate Governance and Company Social Responsibility Academic Year 2003/2004
|
The theme of Social Responsibility in companies is one which is currently at the focus of everyone's attention in Italy and the rest of Europe. Despite the high number of experiences in large companies, but also in medium-sized and small ones, the cases where the whole company structure is involved are rare indeed. This Master aims to train company professionals who are able to deal with and manage the extended governance dimension in companies. The objective is to integrate basic university background with possible current work experience , in particular, with reference to the correlation between Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility in Companies. After an introduction dedicated to the presuppositions behind social responsibility in companies and the idea of extended governance, lessons will move on to work from three possible filters for analysis: the different stakeholders, the typology and size of the firm, the company roles, and as a conclusion there will be a module on running a responsible company.

University Masters Degree in the Management of Publicly Owned Companies (Level II)
|
This Masters degree course aims to offer specialised training that is essential for positions in the public sector or for those who will cover high level posts or pertinent positions within publicly owned companies as well as those who aspire to fill executive roles in public administration. Participants will have the opportunity to examine in depth the most relevant theoretical and practical issues directly concerning not only the juridical aspects of administration but also its capacity as a company. With this objective in mind the course will favour an interdisciplinary approach that will examine the publicly owned company within a complex framework that necessarily involves juridical, economic, organisational and quantitative aspects and within which the profile of innovation takes on a key role.
The Masters class consists in following a course of study that is based both on theory as well as practical experience imparted by experts working in the public sector. Furthermore, the course foresees professional development activities to be carried out by the students which aim to develop a program of innovation applicable to administrations that the students are currently involved in or to other administrations. The participants will therefore have the opportunity to engage themselves in familiar problems of public administration, of international or local institutions and to acquire the knowledge and the methods to manage innovation and change as well as the creation and implementation of best practices in public administration.
In view of offering differentiated training practices on the basis of the needs of certain operators in the public sector, there will be offered the possibility to attend the final module of the Masters class dedicated to the in depth study of a specific topic (for academic year 2010/2011 it is public sector contracts).

University Masters in Management of Public Companies (1st level)
|
The Masters aims to investigate at a specialist level the most relevant questions of theoretical and practical interest necessary to access managerial positions in public administrations, in the context of present regulatory code, according to DPCM no. 295/2004.
Regulations on access to managerial positions in public administrations require that access to the qualification of manager in non-economic state and public administrations and bodies should take place by examination-based competitions set by the individual administrations or by a selective competitive training courses announced by 31 December every year by the Scuola Superiore della Pubblica Amministrazione in Rome.
Admission to the competitive training courses for managers is open (Art. 28 of D.Lgs. 165/2001) to graduates with a specialised degree, a postgraduate research doctorate, a diploma of specialization or other post-graduate specialised qualification issued by an Italian or foreign university or by the main public o private training institutions.
The DPCM of 29 September 2004 no.295 was published on 14 December in the Official Gazette and regulates the methods by which postgraduate qualifications are recognised, see art. 28 comma 5 of D.Lgs.165/2001.
Art. 2 of the Decree states that for postgraduate qualifications issued by universities the recognition procedure is not necessary. It also identifies which are to be considered the minimum requisites for the postgraduate qualification to be "useful" for access to the competitive course for public management.
The possession of a qualification with the characteristics given in comma 1 of art.2 enables those with a three-year degree to avoid the limit of the number of years of work experience in the context of the public administration (5 years) and to have the qualification recognised as a preferential requisite for access to the competitive course.
The above mentioned Masters has been planned independently of the Masters in Management and Innovation in that the course materials are specifically connected to the role of manager (management and control) both in the public administrations and in non profit companies.
Moreover only with this initiative, which supplements the existing offer of postgraduate courses, are graduates offered the possibility of achieving the qualification necessary for access to a management career in the public administration as established by DPCM 295/2004
The objective of this Masters is thus to prepare for a managerial career in public companies.
Enrolments may also be accepted from those who wish to learn more in general about instruments for the management and control of organisations which do not aspire to monetary remuneration of the capital invested.

Master Universitario in Gestione e innovazione nelle Aziende pubbliche (I livello)
|
