Collegial bodies are decision-making bodies in which teachers and technical-administrative staff and, in some cases, the students participate

* The Department Council is the departmental body which plans the department's activities. It establishes the criteria for using the funds, means and tools available as well as organising the Department's post-graduate courses, congresses and seminars of common interest. The Department Council carries out the following tasks: - it approves the internal Regulations, the Department budget forecast, possible changes during the course of the year as well as the final account; - it asks the University Board of Directors for facilities, staff and financial resources on the basis of the research activities being carried out or planned; - it decides on proposals together with other Departments about the establishing and working of inter-departmental and inter-university research and service Centres ; it makes decisions about requests by ordinary doctorate scholarship institutions and also any other possible scholarships or assignments to support research, about research funds from public and private Bodies - it can delegate any specific duties, if there is a full majority approval, to the Department Board .

* The Managing Council:a) manages the organization of the School and the carrying out of admission tests; b) it decides on the planning of didactic activities; c) it carries out the tasks laid down by art. 94 d.p.r. 11.7.1980, no. 382, as far as is compatible; d) it elects the School Director; e) it proposes the awarding of teaching appointments and contracts, assigned on decree of the Chancellor of the University concerned, in accordance with the two Faculty Councils.

I Collegi Didattici
1. Il Collegio Didattico organizza le attività didattiche di un singolo corso o di più corsi di studio, anche di
classi diverse purché omogenee dal punto di vista scientifico-culturale.
2. Il Collegio Didattico può essere istituito autonomamente all’interno del Dipartimento o di una Struttura di
Raccordo.
3. Il Collegio Didattico è composto dai docenti del/i corso/i di studio e da una rappresentanza degli studenti
definita dal Regolamento Generale di Ateneo.
4. Il Collegio Didattico è convocato e presieduto da un Presidente eletto, nel proprio seno, dai componenti il
Collegio stesso.
5. Il Collegio Didattico esercita le seguenti attribuzioni:
a) organizza e coordina le attività di insegnamento e di didattica dei corsi di studio ad esso afferenti;
b) esamina e approva i piani di studio degli studenti;
c) formula proposte e pareri in ordine alle modifiche statutarie attinenti ai Corsi di Studio.
